摘 要:为了提高风阀控制性能并进一步改善床层的分层效果,在实验室设计了活塞液压缸式结构的跳汰机。由于跳汰机具有非线性往复运动和负载时变等特征,难以确定其精确的动力学模型,因此提出了用模糊PID控制方法来实现对其控制。设计了适用于单室跳汰伺服系统的模糊PID控制器,利用MATLAB进行仿真,并对控制效果进行了详细分析。分析结果进一步验证了该控制器的控制效果,并给出了主要的模拟脉动水流曲线。In order to improve the control performances of the air valve and to further improve the slicing effect of the jig bed,a jig with a piston hydraulic cylinder structure was designed for the lab.Due to the non-linear reciprocation movement and load time variation and other features of the jig,it was hard to set up the accurate dynamics model and a fuzzy PID control method was proposed to make the control.A fuzzy PID controller was designed suitable for the servo system of the single compartment jig.The MATLAB was applied to the simulation and a detail analysis was conducted on the control effect.The analysis results had further confirmed the control effect of the controller and provided the main simulated pulsating water flow curve.
