摘　　要：政策性担保公司国有独资公司的法律形态、金融属性、政策性等法律特性是影响其治理结构的主要因素。目前我国政策性担保公司并未根据自身的特性构建治理结构,从而使治理机构存在诸多缺陷。政策性担保公司治理结构的完善需经过多方面的制度安排方得以实现。Policy guarantees the company＇s legal form,financial attributes,policy and other legal characteristics that affect the governance structure of the main factors.At present,China policy a security company did not build according to its own governance structure characteristics,so that there are many defects in governance institutions.Policy guarantees the perfect corporate governance through various institutional arrangements need to be achieved.
