乳腺癌术后三角巾悬吊患侧手臂的舒适度观察

摘　　要：目的比较乳腺癌改良根治术后患者采用三角巾悬吊患侧手臂的舒适度变化。方法选择意识清楚、能有效沟通、无肢体瘫痪、无骨折的74例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组术后1～7d坐位以及下床活动时采用三角巾悬吊患侧手臂,对照组按传统法,不使用三角巾悬吊手臂,观察并比较两组患者伤口疼痛、并发症的发生情况和焦虑程度、上肢沉重麻木感,肩背部麻痹感的变化。结果两组患者伤口疼痛情况,出现头晕、患侧上肢肿胀、皮瓣积液、皮瓣坏死例数无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组焦虑程度、上肢沉重麻木感,肩背部麻痹感明显轻于对照组(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术后1～7d采用三角巾悬吊患侧手臂可以提高患者的舒适度,未发现增加患者不适及其它并发症,值得推广。Objective To compare the comfort level of patients following modified radical mastectomy with ipsilateral arm bandage suspension.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into test group and control group,which were consciousness clear,effective communication,no paralysis of limbs,no fracture.In the test group,patients were used arm bandage suspension 7 days after operation when they got out of bed in the sitting,as well as activities,in the control group according to the traditional method,patients were not used arm bandage suspension.The difference between the two groups of patients with wound pain,incidence of complications and the anxiety level,upper extremity numbness,a sense of numbness of shoulders and back were observed and compared.Results The two groups of patients with wound pain,dizziness,limb swelling,effusion flap,flap necrosis was no significant difference（P0.05）.In test group patients with anxiety,upper extremity numbness,a sense of numbness of shoulders and back was significantly lighter than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Patients with ipsilateral arm bandage suspension 7 days after operation following modified radical mastectomy can improve the comfort level,meanwhile an increase discomfort and other complications in patients weren＇t detected,which was worth promoting.
