摘　　要：针对地方高校计算机专业培养的学生不能满足企业对计算机人才需求的现状,以应用型人才培养为出发点,提出一种应用型人才培养模式,其中,专业模块化培养和工程实践训练是该培养模式的核心。经实践验证,通过该模式培养的学生能够满足企业对计算机专业人才的需求。In order to improve the present situation that students cultivated by local universities can not satisfy the need of companies, an application talents cultivation model is constructed. In the model, modularization cultivation and engineering training are the core. The students cultivated by this model can satisfy the need of companies are proved by the practice.
