摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对早期阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响。方法阿尔茨海默病患者68例,按入院顺序分为研究组和对照组各34例。对照组采用老年科常规护理,研究组在此基础上加用自我管理教育,两组分别在干预前和干预后3个月、6个月后进行生活量表指数及日常生活能力量表评分以评定疗效。结果研究组在干预后生活质量明显改善,且日常生活能力与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.484,6.617,P均<0.05)。结论自我管理教育对阿尔茨海默病患者的生活质量及日常生活能力有显著的改善作用。Objective To evaluate effects of self-management education on the quality of life in patients with early Alzheimer's disease.Methods Sixty-eight patients with early Alzheimer's diseases were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was used to do the geriatrics general nursing.The study group was used to camy out the genatncs general nursing and self-management education.The patients were assessed with Life Scale Index and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) before intervention,and 3 months and 6 months after intervention.Results The quality of life and activity of daily living were improved significantly in the study group.There was significant difference in two groups(t=4.484,6.617,P0.05).Conclusion Self-management education can improve quality of life and activity of daily living in patients with early Alzheimer's disease.
