摘　　要：以肿瘤血管靶向分子（多肽、抗体和配体）为载体,以截短组织因子为效应分子的选择性诱发肿瘤血管血栓栓塞的抗肿瘤治疗是一种新颖的肿瘤血管靶向策略.本文就其临床前研究进展、治疗原理、治疗评价,3类肿瘤血管靶向治疗的区别、影响因素以及现存问题等作一综述.Selective thrombosis in tumor vessels is a novel tumor vessel targeting strategy, which uses the tumor vessel targeting molecules （peptide,antibody,and ligand） as carriers,and truncated tissue factor as effector molecule. This paper reviews the progress of its preclinical studies,treatment principles, treatment evaluation,difference of three types of tumor vessel targeting therapy, influencing factors, and existing problems.
