氢氧化钙糊剂与氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂消毒根管的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察氢氧化钙糊剂与氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂根管内封药的临床效果。方法选取门诊患有慢性根尖周炎或慢性根尖周炎急性发作的病人110例,随机分成2组,在根管内分别封入氢氧化钙糊剂、氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂1周,观察临床疗效及去除封药所需时间。结果两组间显效率存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。在去除封药所需操作时间方面,去除氢氧化钙糊剂耗时较多,两组间显效率存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂用于根管消毒效果较好且操作更简便,更适合临床推广应用。Objective To observate the clinical effects of calcium hydroxide paste and iodine glycerin plus calcium hydroxide paste.Methods One hundred and ten patients with chronic apical periodontitis were include in the study and were randomly allocated into two groups.Two bactericides were used for root canal disinfection including calcium hydroxide paste and iodine glycerin plus calcium hydroxide paste.After a week,the curative effectiveness of the two reagents was evaluated.Results There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （p〈0.05）.And there was statistically significant difference between the two groups on the time to remove the bactericides （p〈0.05）.The time for calcium hydroxide paste group was longer.Conclusion Iodine glycerin plus calcium hydroxide paste is appropriate for chronic apical periodontitis as root canal disinfection and is easier to be operated.So it can be used in the clinic.
