研究生教育在综合医院的意义

摘　　要：武警总医院是一所集医疗、保健、教学、科研、救援于一体的大型现代化综合性三级甲等医院，但非医科大学直属教学医院。该院通过开展横向教学，多途径进行联合办学，开拓了一条大型综合性医院联合培养研究生的新途径。2004年以来，与12所医学院校，包括解放军医师进修学院，军事医学科学院，第二、三、四军医大学，河北医科大学，安徽医科大学，辽宁医学院，徐州医学院，新乡医学院，武警医学院，及贵阳中医学院合作，共同建立研究生培养基地。现有博士生导师8名、硕士生导师64名，在院研究生共142名；已培养医学博士3名，硕士296名。实践证明，研究生教育极大地促进了医院的人才、医疗、科研和学科建设。A modernized grade A class three general hospital with medical treatment, health care, teaching, scientific research, and medical rescue merged in an integral whole, and a hospital non-directly under medical college, the General Hospital of the Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces, has already become a training base in corporation with 12 institutions of medical education, such as the People＇s Liberation Army Post-graduate Medical School, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Second, Third, and Fourth Military Medical Universities, Hebei Medical University, Anhui Medical University, Liaoning Medical College, Xuzhou Medical College, Xinxiang Medical College, Medical College of Chinese People＇ s Armed Police Forces,and Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medical College by means of horizontal teaching and joint teaching since 2004. Now there are 8 doctoral student supervisors, 64 master student supervisors, and 142 post-graduates in this hospital. Practice has shown that post-graduate education promotes the training of capable persons, medical education, clinical practice, and scientific research.
