摘 要:采用简化磁网络模型,对二相混合式步进电动机相绕组的电感以及绕组间的互感进行基础的分析,表明既使在简化情况,齿层磁导仅含有恒定分量及基波分量,且为线性时,绕组电感也不是恒定值,与转子位置有关;相绕组间的互感也不为零,也是随转角变化的2次谐波分量。分析过程揭示了电感和互感随转角变化的机理,与轴向分量磁通密切相关。The paper gives some fundamental analysis on windings inductance and mutual inductance of two-phase hybric stepping motor with the use of simplified magnetic network model.It shows that,even under the simplified conditions of linear and only taking account of the constant and fundamental component of tooth permeance,windings inductance is not a constant value but a function of rotor position.The same conclusion is to mutual inductance,which is also a 2nd harmonic component of rotor angle.Through the analysis the changing mechanism of wineings inductance and mutual inductance with regard to the rotor angle is presented,that is,it's closely related to axial-component of flux.
