摘 要:对68份不同进化阶段、不同种皮色稻种资源的储藏特性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、花色苷含量、1,2-二苯基苦基苯肼清除率(SFRC)进行测定,研究稻种储藏过程中体内自由基清除率、抗氧化相关酶类和非酶抗氧化物质的变化。结果表明,稻种资源的储藏特性、自由基清除率(SFRC)、抗氧化相关酶类和非酶抗氧化物质存在显著的基因型差异。老化指数与SFRC、花色苷、GSH、POD呈负相关,SFRC与SOD、CAT呈正相关,与种皮中花色苷含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.641**)。随着储藏时间的延长,其体内抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性逐渐降低,GSH、SFRC也呈下降的趋势,而花色苷含量变化不显著。该研究结果为利用稻种资源的有益基因,开展耐储藏专用型水稻品种选育奠定了基础。Relationship between storage longevity and antioxidation metabolism in 68 rice germplasms was studied in this paper.There were significant diversities among varieties in scavenging free radical of DPPH capacity(SFRC),anthocyanin content,GSH content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,catalase(CAT) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity.Ageing index was negatively related with SFRC,anthocyanin,GSH and POD.SFRC was positively related with SOD and CAT.SFRC was significantly positively related with anthocyanin and the correlation coefficient was 0.641**.Along with the storage,the activities of antioxidative emzymes(SOD,POD,CAT) were depressed gradually.GSH and SFRC were also decreased,while the anthocyanin content was stabile.The results may be important to utilize the availability genes in rice germplasms to breed long longevity rice varieties.
