摘　　要：就业是高职教育的生命线。面对日趋严峻的大学生就业形势,如何进一步提高毕业生就业能力、切实推进大学生就业工作、确保实现毕业生就业率及就业质量的"双高"目标,成为高职院校亟需解决的重要任务。本文分析了高职就业难的相关问题,结合工作经验就高职院校如何加强就业工作提出了相应对策。Graduate employment work is the lifeline of advanced vocational education.With the grave employment situation,how to improve graduates’abilities so as to boost their employment and ensure the realization of the ＂two high＂ objectives,which are high employment rate and high employment quality,has become the major task for advanced vocational schools.The article analyses possible problems of vocational graduates’employment work.And combining with his own working experience,the author puts forward some corresponding solutions on how to reinforce employment work of advanced vocational shool.
