摘　　要：轻量化的驱动桥,不仅能减轻整车质量,降低运转噪音,提高整车舒适性和通过性,更大的好处是减少了材料的使用和自身功耗,符合低碳时代潮流。从零件材料、制造工艺、产品设计、产品定位等方面,介绍了研发轻量化前后桥的途径;最后还介绍了我国汽车驱动桥轻量化的面临的困境。Weight lightened driving axle does not only reduce the weight of a vehicle and operating noise, improve comfortabilily and Irafficability, but also reduce materials usage and energy cunsumption. complying with the trend of low carbon economy. From different aspects ranging from raw materials, manufacturing process, product design and product positioning, Ibis paper introducd the path on developing weight lightened front anti rear axles, as well as the difficulties involved in China.
