摘　　要：围绕河北省大学生就业服务评价平台的开发,阐述了平台开发的必要性,指出了平台设计应以实现评价的科学化、规范化、可操作化并且满足政府、高校、社会机构评价和服务需求为目标,坚持易用性、整体性、实用性与适应性、安全性与发展性的原则,提出了采用B/S架构及设计,设计了政府、高校、社会机构进行评价的基本功能模块以及用户评价反馈模块、基础应用模块、功能拓展模块六大模块,构建了河北省大学生就业服务评价平台的总体框架,为深化完善大学生就业服务体系提供了有效途径和理论指导。Centered on the development of the platform of employment services evaluation for college students in Hebei Province,the necessity such development is elaborated.It is pointed out that platform design should aim at scientific,regular and operative evaluation,and it should meet the needs of evaluation and services of governments,universities,and social institutions.By insisting on the principles of useability,integrity,practicability,adaptability,security and expansibility,B/S structure and design are put forward.The six modules of basic functional modules to evaluate governments,universities,and social institutions and of user evaluation and feedback,basic applications,and function expansion are designed.The overall framework of the platform of employment services evaluation for college students in Hebei Provinces is constructed,providing effective approaches and theoretical guidance to further perfecting college students＇ employment service system.
