健脾复方对人大肠癌移植瘤裸小鼠肿瘤生长转移的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究健脾复方对人大肠癌移植瘤裸小鼠生长转移的影响。方法:对60只BALB/C裸小鼠建立人大肠癌原位移植瘤模型,并按1:1:1:1:1随机分入健脾复方+5-Fu组、健脾复方组、塞来昔布组、5-Fu组和模型对照组,分组治疗8周。观察瘤质重、瘤体积以及肿瘤转移情况,并对肝转移的预测因素进行分析。结果:健脾复方+5-Fu组的瘤质重、瘤体积及肿瘤转移数量低于部分其他组别,差异有统计学显著性。不同的治疗方案是肝转移唯一的显著性相关因素(P=0.0022)。结论:健脾复方联合5-Fu治疗可降低大肠癌瘤质重、瘤体积和肿瘤转移数量,并且与降低肝转移显著相关。Objective：To investigate the effect of Jianpi Complex Prescription on tumor growth and metastasis in nude mice with human colorectal cancer grafts. Method：Human colorectal cancer orthotropic transplanted tumor model was established in 60 BALB/C nude mice. The nude mice were randomized into Jianpi Complex Prescription＋5-Fu group,Jianpi Complex Prescription group,celecoxib group,5-Fu group and model control group and received respective treatments for 8 weeks. Tumor weight,tumor volume and metastatic profile were observed. The relevant factors of liver metastasis were analyzed. Results：The tumor weight,tumor volume and number of metastatic tumor was lower in Jianpi Complex Prescription＋5-Fu group compared with some of other groups. The sole significant factor associated with liver metastasis was therapeutic regimen. Conclusion：Jianpi Complex Prescription＋5-Fu could reduce the tumor weight,tumor volume,number of metastatic tumor and reduced risk of liver metastasis in nude mice with human colorectal cancer graft.
