性别对结肠镜检查病人疼痛程度和焦虑水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究性别对结肠镜诊疗病人的检查前后焦虑水平和操作过程疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择男女两组(n=30)结肠镜检查病人,用心率、脉压差两个客观指标和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及状态焦虑问卷(SAI)评估疼痛程度和焦虑水平。结果:结肠镜检查过程中,女性的疼痛程度明显高于男性,在检查前后女性焦虑水平明显高于男性(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员应重视不同性别的精神症状与躯体症状,个性化地缓解、控制结肠镜检查病人的疼痛及焦虑。Objective： To study the influence to the patents in the ache degree and the anxiety level. Method：Chose different sexes and each of them are 30 people, evaluate their ache degree and the anxiety level across using visual simulate grade standard（VAS） and the state anxiety questionnaire（SAI）. Result：In the course of colonoscopy, the degree of the pain and the anxiety in women are higher than men. Conclusion： The doctor should attach importance to the different public＇s subjective feeling, and adopt proper measures, in order to control the ache and anxiety of the patients who are going to be checked by colonoscopy.
