摘  要:以中椒22号辣椒为试材,在黑暗条件下研究不同贮藏方式及25、15、7℃温度对辣椒秧苗主要形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明:在贮藏过程中,辣椒秧苗的干重/鲜重、根冠比、根系活力、叶绿素含量明显下降,且7℃处理的下降幅度小于15℃和25℃处理;穴盘秧苗贮藏的横放效果好于竖放。贮藏结束后(9 d),15℃和25℃处理秧苗顶端会出现褐化现象。当秧苗定植到大田后,7℃处理的秧苗整体较其它处理生长速度快。表明7℃处理更适宜辣椒穴盘秧苗的贮藏。The growth and physiological changes of pepper seedlings by different storage methods and temperatures in the darkness were studied.Seedlings were stored vertically and horizontally.For vertical storage,seedlings were not removed from the plug.For horizontally storage,seedlings were removed from the plug and placed horizontally.The pepper plug seedlings were treated of 25℃(control),15℃ and 6℃,respectively.The results showed that dry mass/fresh mass,root/shoot ratio,root activity,chlorophyll content decreased significantly,and the minimum decline was observed at 7℃.From the results of the some of the modality and physiological indexes,we can conclude that the quality of seedlings stored horizontally was higher than that of vertical seedlings.After a long storage(9 d)period,the seedlings appeared browning in the top.When transplanted to the field,the growth of seedlings treated under 7℃ were faster than those of other treatments.The current study indicated that the optimal storage temperature for the pepper seedlings was 7℃.
