社会转型时期高校竞技体育发展及演进态势分析

摘　　要：以社会转型时期政治体制和经济体制改革为背景,从中国体育体制改革的一般动力入手,对影响高校竞技体育发展的关键因素,转型时期高校改革与发展构成、变化,以及在原体制、社会转型期高校改革与发展构成的差异及特殊性等,进行详细的分析。研究认为:我国高校竞技体育改革与发展,除受国家动力机制(政策,制度、体育资源等)推动外,同时还受高校改革环境、转型压力等相关作用力的影响,高校改革与发展表现为多个主体相互角力的系统,转型压力由虚拟状态逐渐转变为实质状态。This paper carry on detailed analysis of the structure and change of university′s reform and development in transition period,and expects the difference that motive system in college constitute in the original system,the society transformation to the key factor that influences the competitive sports in university development,and special,submit to the conclusion： our university competitive Sports motive system,in addition to being subjected to the outside of the push of national motive mechanism,still is influence by the related function dints,such as reform environment and the transformation pressure...etc.in the meantime,motive system in university performance is several cubism are mutually wrestle of system,the transformation pressure is changed into substance appearance gradually by the virtual appearance.
