米氮平治疗抑郁症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨米氮平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法50例抑郁症患者服用米氮平8周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效以治疗中出现的症状（TESS）评定不良反应。结果治疗8周末与治疗HAMD总评定有显著性差异，不良反应少而轻。结论米氮平是治疗抑郁症的一种安全有效的抗抑郁药，值得在临床上应用。Objective To investigate the mirtazapine treatment of depression in the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 50 eases of depression patients taking mirtazapine for 8 weeks, using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） in the assessment of efficacy for the treatment of the symptoms （TESS） assessment of adverse reactions.Results 8 week assessment and treatment of the total HAMD There was a significant difference in adverse reactions few and Light.Conclusion Mirtazapine is a treatment of depression in a safe and effective anti-depressants, worthy of clinical application.
