摘　　要：辅助性T细胞(Th17细胞)是近年新定义的一类CD4+效应T细胞,其与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。在不同的免疫背景下,Th17细胞表型存在可塑性。这种可塑性与Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子在肿瘤免疫中作用的双向性密切相关。进一步明确Th17细胞表型重塑过程中所需的各种细胞因子的结构及功能,将有助于提高肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效。T helper 17（Th17） cells represent a novel subset of CD4＋T cells that are responsible for tumorigenesis and tumor progression.The phenotypic features of Th17 cells are plastic,depending on immunologic backgrounds.This plasticity may be responsible for the contradictory effects of Th17 cells in tumor immunity.More studies on the relative cytokines and the plastic process will improve anti-tumoral effects of immunotherapy.
