摘　　要：论述了甘肃民营企业发展及融资现状,指出融资难是目前甘肃省民营企业发展中的"瓶颈"。究其原因无外乎内因(企业)与外因(金融机构)。因此,破解融资难一是企业修内功,二是要建立多层次、全方位的金融体系和健全的经营机制。The paper analyzes the status quo of private enterprise development and financing in Gansu and points out financing to be the bottleneck of the private enterprise development, which is undoubtedly caused by the internal enterprise or exterior financial institutions. Therefore, the solution will be firstly to strengthen internal work of private enterprises, secondly to build up multi-level and all-round financial system and sound operational mechanism.
