城市星级饭店空间分布模式分析——以南昌市为例

摘　　要：以南昌市为例,在调查市内各类星级饭店空间分布数据的基础上,运用Yokeno城市饭店空间分布模型,从星级饭店标间门市价、数量、等级、规模等方面对南昌市城市星级饭店空间分布模式进行分析.分析结果表明:南昌市星级饭店空间分布模式呈核心—边缘分布;空间分布特征基本符合Yokeno饭店空间分布模型;三、四星级饭店标间门市价随离城市中心距离的增大呈"m"型变化.Taking Nanchang for example,by investigating the data of various types of star-rated hotels＇ spatial distribution in Nanchang,and using Yokeno＇s hotel distribution model from the star-rated hotels＇s retail price of standard room,amount,rank,size and other aspects,the pattern of star-rated hotels＇ spatial distribution in Nanchang city is analysed.The results can be concluded that the pattern of star-rated hotels＇ spatial distribution takes on Core-Periphery distribution.The characters of star-hotels＇ spatial distribution are basically in accordance with Yokeno＇s hotel distribution model.The changes of retail price of standard room in three-star and four-star hotels is shaped like a m,with the distance away from the urban center increasing.
