摘 要:用四氯化碳复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,60只小鼠被随机分为6组:空白组,模型组,鹿茸粉低剂量组,鹿茸粉中剂量组,鹿茸粉高剂量组,联苯双酯组(阳性对照)。处死小鼠采集样本制备电镜超薄切片,观察各组小鼠肝脏的超微结构。结果表明,各治疗组均能减轻四氯化碳对小鼠肝脏超微结构的损伤,尤其是鹿茸粉高剂量组和联苯双酯组,表现为线粒体及内质网等细胞器的损伤减轻,细胞质内脂滴减少,染色质边集,细胞质膜受损等病理改变明显减轻。可见,鹿茸粉对四氯化碳急性肝损伤小鼠肝脏的超微结构损伤具有一定的保护作用。In order to explore effects and possible mechanisms of antler powder on changes of hepatic ultrastructure in CCl4-intoxicated mice, acute hepatic injury was induced by carbon tetrachloride. A total of 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups: blank control group, CCl4 model group, the positive control bifendate group, and three dosage groups of antler powder. The mice were killed to collect samples and prepare ultrathin section of electron microscopy to observe hepatic ultrastructure. Results showed that treatment groups had different relief of hepatic ultrastructure changes, especially in the bifendate group and the high-dose group of antler powde, antler powder could reduce the lipid and the expansion of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, and improve the condensation of chromatin and other pathological changes such as damage of cell membrane. It can be seen that the antler powder has the protective effect on hepatic ultrastructure induced by carbon tetrachloride and the effect is significant.
