UPA,UPAR,PAI-1,ER,PR,C-erb-B_2在乳腺癌表达的研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组化ABC法对49例乳腺浸润性导管癌中UPA、UPAR、PAI－1、ER、PR、C－erb－B2作定位检测。结果：检测率分别为81．6％、77．6％、69．4％、79，4％；、77、6％、49％。UPA、UPAR、PAI—1蛋白应于乳腺癌细胞的细胞核和核膜上。ER、PR的阳性表达位于细胞核和细胞浆。C－erb－B2阳性表达位于细胞膜。尿激酶系统抗体与ER、PR、C－erb－B2无协同关系。结论：UPA、UPAR、PAI－1与乳腺癌的浸润和转移有关。Purpose:To study the relationship betwen Urokinase system antibody and ER. PR. C - erb - B2 expression inBreast Cancet. Methods: Expression of UPA. UPAR. PAI - 1. ER. PR. C - erb ~ B2 in the lnvasive Breast Cancer wasstudy with the immunchistochemistry technique(ABC method). ResuItes: the positivity retes of 8l. 6%, 77. 6%, 69.4%, 79 .4%, 77 .4%, 49% in breast Cancer. The UPA' UPAR. PAI - l was located in the unclei and on the cellmembranes of Breast Cancer ce1ls. ER. PR. in the nuclei and on cytoplasm. C - erb - B2 expression on the cell mem-branes. The expression of Urokinse system antibody had no synergy with ER. PR. C - erb - B2. Conclusions: The UPA.UPAR' PAI - 1 is related to invasion and metastasis of Breast Cancer.
