职业康复训练对慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨院内职业康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响。方法对47例有明显阴性症状的慢性精神分裂症患者在常规治疗及护理的基础上予以院内职业康复训练，观察12周。于训练前及训练12周末采用阴性症状量表评定临床效果。结果人组患者院内职业康复训练12周末，阴性症状量表各因子分均较职业康复训练前有显著性下降（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论院内职业康复训练能显著改善或缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，有利于患者的全面康复。Objective To explore the effects of hospital vocational rehabilitation training（HVRT） on the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia. Methods Forty-seven chronic schizophrenics with obvious negative symptoms on conventional therapy and nursing were plus HURT for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy was assessed with the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms（SANS）. Results At the end of 12-week training, each factor score of the SANS lowered more significantly compared with pre-training（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion HVRT could notably improve or relieve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia and is in favour of patients＇ comprehensive rehabilitation.
