摘 要:自中国零售市场对外开放以来,本土零售企业一直在复制与模仿外资零售企业的道路上艰难前行,虽有发展,但始终无法超越外资零售企业,更无法获得可持续的竞争优势。文章认为,本土零售企业只有走破坏性创新道路才有可能获得长足发展,进而阐述了本土零售企业进行破坏性创新的空间基础和破坏性创新过程,并对阻碍零售企业破坏性创新的因素进行了探讨,这些因素可分为四类:行为采纳障碍、思想障碍、风险障碍、创新过程的先期障碍。Since the opening of Chinese retail market, local retail enterprises have been on a tough road due to simply replicating and imitating of foreign retailers. Despite local retail enterprises got some developments, it couldn't surpass their foreign counterparts, and couldn't get sustainable competitive advantages. The paper indicates that disruptive innovation maybe the fight way for the development of local retail enterprises. Then the authors expound the space basis and process of local retail enterprises' disruptive innovation, in addition, identify several key inhibitors or barriers that hinder retail enterprises' disruptive innovation, which including adoption barrier, mindset barrier, risk barrier and nascent barrier of innovation process. This paper will be both theoretically and practically significant for Chinese local retail enterprises to improve competitive advantage.
