乳腺癌患者外周血多项免疫指标的流式细胞仪检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：通过用流式细胞仪检测不同临床分期的乳腺癌患者术前术后外周血中多项免疫指标：ＣＤ＋３，ＣＤ＋４，ＣＤ＋８，ＣＤ＋１９，ＣＤ＋１６的淋巴细胞及ｒδＴ细胞所占比例，了解不同临床分期的患者免疫功能状态及其术前术后的变化。结果表明：乳癌患者免疫功能普遍紊乱，特别是细胞免疫功能明显低下，临床分期越晚，这种表现越明显，而术后患者免疫功能有一定改善，因而，流式细胞仪测定上述多项免疫指标，对了解乳腺癌患者病情发展及预后转归有一定的临床意义。In order to compare the immune conditions of the patients with breast cancer at different clinical stages and the changes of immune conditions before and after operations,immunodetections were performed by FCM.The numbers of CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8,CD + 19 ,CD + 16 cells and rδT cells in the peripheral blood were determined.The results showed that the immune conditions of breast cancer patientsr were lower and in disorder,especially the cellular immunity.As in the progress of the disease,the changes were more distinctive.The immnue coditions had some improvement after operation.So,FCM analysis of immune conditions of breast cancer patients might have important clinical values in prognosis evaluation.
