摘　　要：教学研究型大学一般以培养具有通识教育基础的有创新精神和实践能力的复合型高级人才为目标。顺应学校人才培养目标、学生就业以及金融业和金融学科发展的要求,创新金融学专业课程体系非常必要。借鉴国外高校金融学专业课程体系设置的经验,教学研究型大学金融学专业课程体系创新必须遵循相应的原则,进行合理设计。Usually, Teaching and Research Oriented University aims to cultivate compound advanced talents, who are acquainted with general education and possess the ability to innovate as well as to practice. In order to conform to the university＇s pemonnel training objective, to meet the need of students＇ employment, and to meet the requirement of financial industry and ~ance major＇s further development, it is quite necessary to conduct innovative design in curriculum system for finance major. Referring to the experience of the universities abroad, the innovation in curriculum system for finance major should abide by correspond principles, so as to design reasonably.
