摘　　要：目的探讨经颅超声多普勒（ＴＣＤ）对脑动静脉畸形（ＡＶＭ）的诊断价值。方法采用经颅多普勒仪，对４例临床诊断未明的病人进行脑血流动力学的检测。结果均具有ＡＶＭ特征表现———高流速、低阻力、血流频谱紊乱，并与颅脑ＣＴ及ＤＳＡ结果基本吻合。结论ＴＣＤ对ＡＶＭ的诊断简便易行，无创、特异性高，可提供供血动脉，并可作为ＤＳＡ前的筛选检查。Objectives To study the diagnostic value of transcranial dopplar (TCD) for artery-vein malformation (AVM).Methods The brain blood flow of 4 cases who clinic diagnose were not clear was determined with TCD.Results All of them showed characteristic changes of AVM--accelerating blood velocity,lower pulsatility index and spectrum disturbance.This coincided with the result of CT scanning and DSA.Conclusions TCD examination has advantages for AVM diagnosis,including easy to operate,non-trauma and easy to repeat;It can find the blood-supply artery of AVM and help operator to choose operative opportunity and may be regarded as a screening examination before DSA.
