摘　　要：目的探讨晶状体、玻璃体切除术后二期前房型人工晶状体植入的适应证、手术方法和疗效。方法对我院行晶状体、玻璃体切除术后的26例，分别在术后3月～2年，行前房型人工晶状体植入，术后随访6月以上。结果无视网膜原发病复发，所有患者均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力。其中7眼≥0．8，10眼≥0．5，其余在0．3～0．4之间。结论晶状体、玻璃体切除术后不用传统插管方法，而直接经巩膜角膜内切口行二期前房人工晶状植入术，便捷、安全，疗效满意。Objective To investingate the indication,operating mode and therapeutic effect of secondary implantion of anterior chamber IOL after vitrectomy and lensectomy Methods 26 cases which had been treated with vitrectomy and lensectomy 3 months to 2 years befroe they were performed implantation of anterior bor IOL. The followed - up peried was over 6 months. Results No recurrence of retinal or vitrous diseases was formed. The visual acuities of all cases were better than or equal to the best corrected visual aruity. Among all cases 7 eyes were 0.8 or better, 10 eyes over 0.5 or better and the rest were form 0.3 to 0.4. conclusion The secondary implantation of anterior chamber IOL with only limbal incision is safe, simple and with satisfactory the effect with the traditional imjplantation method.
