小梁切除联合超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的评价无缝线的小梁切除，超声乳化白内障吸出及人工晶状体植入三联手术。方法做巩膜隧道切口及板层巩膜瓣，连续环形撕囊，原位超声乳化碎核并植入人工晶状体，最后行小梁切除。结果38眼术后3月眼压低于16mmHg（1mmHg＝0．133kPa）者33眼（86．84％）；随访3～18月，滤过泡弥散者34眼（89．47％），视力≥0．5者34眼（89．47％）。结论该手术具有眼压控制好，无需缝线，滤泡形成佳，能获得良好的视力。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of surgery of sutureless combined phacoemulsification and IOL implantation Methods Combined procedure was performed in 38 eyes of coexisting glaucoma and cataract.Surgical procedures included scleral tunnel, scleral flap, continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis(CCC), phacoemulsification,IOL implantation and trabeculectomy. Results At 3 months postoperative 33 eyes (86.84%) had an intraocular pressure < 16 mmHg. Following up 3~ 18 months the filtering blebs of 34 eyes (89.47%) were diffuse. 34eye (89.47%) and obtained visual acuities 0.5 or better. Conclusion This combined procedure had good postoperative IOP. filtering bleds and visual acuities and no stitch.
