环夹娩核白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：为探讨手法娩核的简便术式，对104例（118眼）老年性和并发性白内障施行6～7mm切口环夹娩核囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术。结果术后1周视力≥0．5者占63．56％，3月后≥0．5者占91．53％。结论作者认为这是一种适合我国国情不需昂贵设备，组织损伤小的小切口手术方法。Objective To find out a simple way of manual nucleus deivery.Method 104 CCases (188 eyes) of senile and complicated cataract were performed in ECCE nd IOL implantaion. After water seperation, we moved the nucleus into the anterior chamber,put self- made lens - loop between nucleus and posterior capsule,and used a lens depressor to clip the nucleus, alowly retracted the nucleus through the prolonged 6 ~ 7mm corneoscleral limbus iocision. Results One week after the operation,the visual acuity achived 0.5 or better in 75 eyes(63.56%) .Three months late,the vision of 108 eyes(91 .53% ) came to 0.5 or better.Conclusion We consider it as a practical method of cataract surgery with small incision. It can fit the conditions of our country winthout expensive instrument and with less tissue injury.
