摘　　要：通过对西方国家高校学生事务管理模式的比较研究,找到了我国高校学生管理方面存在的问题和不足。从我国具体国情出发,借鉴西方国家成功做法,发扬我国传统优势,大胆创新,从结构上对我国高校学生管理工作机制进行了有益的探索。Western countries through the management model of college student affairs comparative study of China＇s college students manage to find the problems and shortcomings.Author from China＇s specific national conditions,draw on successful practices of Western countries,carry forward China＇s traditional advantages,bold innovation,from the structure of the management of our college students a useful mechanism to explore.
