摘　　要：学生社团是高校开展思想政治教育的重要阵地。社团文化作为构建和谐校园文化的重要组成部分,有利于促进和谐校园建设,增强思想政治教育的吸引力和渗透力,促进学生自我管理与教育。大力发展社团文化,就要重视社团的建设、引导与管理。Students＇ association is an important organization for university to carry out ideological and political education.Association culture,as an important part of constructing harmonious campus culture,is favorable for promoting the construction of harmonious campus,and increasing the attraction and influence of ideological and political education to improve students＇ self management and education.In order to further develop association culture,we should attach importance to the construction,guidance and management of association culture.
