摘　　要：现代服务业依靠IT技术,信息技术支撑了现代服务业。随着信息技术的广泛应用,信息化无所不在而且仍在高速增长,因此高效稳定的IT运维与服务成为维系企业业务增长的核心之一。探索工学结合的IT运维与服务的人才培养方案,培养适合现代服务业的IT运维与服务职业技能人才也就成为职业教育的研究课题。Modern service industry depends upon IT.With information technology widly applied,informationization exists everywhere,and still grows in high speed,therefore effective and stable IT Operation and Service becomes one of the cores of the business of the enterprise.On the basic of work-study,resesrching the training of IT Service personnel,and training personnels suiting on the modern service industry becomes the research topic of vocational education.
