摘  要:目的为探讨端粒酶在鼻咽癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法采用端粒重复片段扩增法(TRAP)对50例鼻咽部组织标本进行端粒酶活性检测。结果鼻咽部慢性炎症、癌前病变组织端粒酶阳性率均为100%,鼻咽癌端粒酶阳性率为87.5%。本实验首次报道鼻咽部慢性炎症粘膜端粒酶活性表达较弱,但在癌前病变.鼻咽癌组织端粒酶活性明显增强,唯一1例高分化鳞状细胞癌检测不出端粒酶活性。结论从慢性炎症、癌前病变到鼻咽癌的演变过程中,端粒酶可能在癌前病变期激活,并在鼻咽癌的发生发展过程中起着重要作用。端粒酶活性可能与鼻咽部鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度有关。Objective To elucidate the role of telomerase activity in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Method Telomerase activity was detected in 50 nasopharyngeal biopsies using the telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP). Results Telomerase activity was detectable 100% in nasophnyngeal mucosa with chronic nasopharyngitis mucosa and inpremalignant lesions and 87.5% in NPC tissues. We first showed that chronic nasopharyngitis mucosa had low detectable telomeraseactivity. The activity of telomerase enhanced obviously in prernalignant lesions and NPC. Only one case of high-differentiatedsquamous cell carcinoma had no detectable telomerase activity. Conclusion (1) In the process from chronic nasopharyngitis topremalignant lesions and forther to NLPC, telomerase might be activated in premalignant lesions. Telomerase activity might play acritical role in the occurrence and development of NPC, (2) Telomerase activity might be relevant to the grade of differentiation ofnasopharyngeal squanlous cell carcinoma.
