摘  要:目的探讨PRK术前、术后兔眼角膜的生物力学性质。方法对12只新西兰大耳白兔,随机取一眼行PRK手术,另一只眼作为正常对照,再对12只白兔随机分成两组,分别在INSTRON试验机对角膜沿横轴和纵轴进行单轴拉伸,检测其断裂应变能、极限强度及弹性模量。统计分析采用成组资料t检验。结果兔眼角膜的应力—应变关系为非线性的,角膜横向和纵向的生物力学性质无统计学差别,PRK术前和术后角膜的生物力学性质无统计学差别。结论 PRK术前、术后对角膜进行生物力学分析过程中,可将角膜作为各向同性的材料处理。Objective To investigate the Biomechanical properties of rabbit cornea pre-and post-PRK.Methods One eye of each rabbit was selected to perform PRK by random,the other eye served as the control.Then 12 New Zealand rabbits was divided into two groups by random.Specimen of cornea were tested in uniaxial tension experiment to determine their ultimate strength,breaking energy and Young's modulus.One group was performed in transverse direction,the other in longitudinal direction.The test was performed by INSTRON.Statistical analyses were performed with the independ-samples t test.Results The stress-strain relations of rabbit corneal is nonlinear.There is no statistical difference between transverse and longitudinal direction and there is no statistical difference pre-and post-PRK.Conclusion The isotropy assumption could be used for mechanical model of cornea pre-and post-PRK.
