血清survivin抗体及mRNA含量检测对肺癌诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清survivin基因表达及抗体对肺癌诊断价值。方法收集47例患有不同类型的肺癌患者外周血标本,及作为对照控制的30例健康体检者。分别采用ELISA检测血清中survivin抗体水平和逆转录PCR检测肺癌患者血清中survivin mRNA表达水平的测定,对各组数据统计分析两种指标相关性及其诊断价值。结果肺癌病人血清血清survivin抗体表达与血清survivin-mRNA的表达均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),二者呈正相关(P<0.01,Pear-son’sR=0.367)。结论血清survivin-mRNA及抗体检测是临床肺癌诊疗中价值较大的临床指标。Objective Aim To study the diagnostical value on anti-surviving antibodies serum of lung cancer.Methods Serum levels of anti-survivin antibodies and survivin-mRNA in 47 patients with lung cancer and serum levels 30 healthy subjects were measured by ELISA method and RT-PCR.Results The serum levels of anti-survivin antibodies and the survivin-mRNA were higher than the normal group（P〈0.05）,and the antibodies level was related to the survivin-mRNA（P〈0.01,Pearson＇s R=0.367） .Conclusion Survivin-mRNA and anti-survivin-antibodies detection may be identified as an attractive novel marker for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
