黑风藤的化学成分

摘　　要：目的：从药用植物黑风藤（ＦｉｓｉｓｔｉｇｍａｐｏｌｙａｎｔｈｕｍＭｅｒ．）中寻找新的抗肿瘤和抗病毒活性成份。方法：利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果：从黑风藤乙醇浸膏的甲醇部分分得５个化合物。分别鉴定为：黑风藤苷（１），３，４，５三甲氧基苯酚１ＯβＤ葡萄糖苷（３，４，５ｔｒｉｍｅｔｈｏｘｙｐｈｅｎｙｌ１ＯβＤｇｌｕｃｏｓｉｄｅ）（２），丁香酸葡萄糖苷（ｇｌｕｃｏｓｙｒｉｎｇｉｃａｃｉｄ）（３），肌醇（４），胡萝卜苷（５）。结论：化合物１为新化合物，命名为黑风藤苷。２，３，４是首次由本属植物中得到。AIM: Looking for new compounds with strong anti-tumor and anti-virus activities from Fissistigma polyanthum Merr. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured for structural elucidation. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the methanol fraction of ethanol extract of Fissistigma polyanthumd Merr, a medicinal plant of Annonaceae family. On the basis of spectral data (UV, MS and NMR) and comparisons with known compounds, their structures were identified as fissistigmoside (1), 3,4,5 trimethoxyphenyl 1 O β D glucoside (2), glucosyringic acid (3), dacosterol (4) and inositol (5). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound, compounds 2, 3 and 4 were reported in this genus for the first time.
