摘  要:一种用于单波束的压电复合元件,采用整体切割灌注的方法制备,由压电陶瓷和聚合物两种不同材质组成。为进一步提高压电复合元件基元的一致性,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对单波束压电复合元件进行耦合模态的特性分析,得出了耦合频率与聚合物密度、泊松比和基元结构之间的关系。实验结果表明,通过调整边缘基元的外形尺寸,可有效提高边缘基元的耦合频率,从而达到与中心基元一致。A piezoelecfric composite part used for the single beam has been manufactured by the method of the whole cutting and perfusion.The part is composed of two kinds of different materials of piezoelectric ceramics and polymer.The properties of the coupled modality of the piezoelectric composite parts for the single beam have been analyzed by ANSYS10.0 to improve the comsistency of piezoelectric composite cells.The relationship between the coupling frequency and the polymer density and the relationship between the poisson ratio and the element structure have been obtained.The results showed that by adjusting the external dimension of the edge-based element,the coupling frequency of the edge-based element could be improved effectively,soas to achieve consistency with the cntral edge-based element.
