护理干预对侧脑室-腹腔髂窝分流术患者及家属术前心理反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析脑积水患者及家属术前存在的心理反应,并提出相应的护理干预,以减少患者不良心理因素。方法对18例脑积水患者术前存在的心理反应进行调查分析,针对患者不同的心理反应进行护理干预。结果脑积水患者术前均有不同程度的心理反应,护理干预可以有效地减轻患者的心理压力。结论对脑积水患者实施早期护理干预可明显减轻患者的心理压力,减少术后并发症,保证麻醉和手术的顺利进行。Objective To analyze patients with hydrocephalus and their families preoperative psychological reactions, and propose nursing interventions to reduce the rate of adverse psychological factors. Methods 18 cases of hydrocephalus patients before there is an investigation of the psychological reaction,for the psychological response of patients with different nursing intervention. Results Hydrocephalus patients before psychological reactions in varying degrees,nursing interventions can effectively reduce the psychological stress of patients. Conclusion Hydrocephalus nursing intervention for patients with early stage can significantly reduce the psychological stress of patients and reduce postoperative complications and ensure the smooth progress of anesthesia and surgery.
