摘 要:感应充电电源是通过电磁波进行电能传输的装置,其包括高频激发和接收两个部分.文中以推挽式电路结构为原型,设计了感应充电装置,并利用耦合感应器的漏感与串联补偿电容实现串联谐振.控制电路中采用了脉宽调制芯片与单片机技术,完成了感应充电谐振点频率的跟踪与输出功率的稳定控制.这样克服了松耦合变压器的漏感大,耦合系数随着耦合的松紧而实时改变,电磁干扰大,变换器效率低等缺点.经实验验证,在24 V交流电源供电下,初级次级线圈耦合的距离从2 mm至100 mm都能完成充电控制,结果表明该装置及其控制方法具有好的推广价值.Inductive power transfer charging device is the power supply based on electromagnetic energy transmission ; it includes high - frequency generator and receiver of two parts. The push - pull circuit is the prototype for the design, and in order to operate on the resonant state leakage inductance was utilized in series compensative capacitor. In control circuit pulse width modulation chip and microcontroller technology, was adopted to track and locked the resonant frequency, and control the output power stability. The method can overcome some disadvantages of the loosely coupled transformer, such as larger leakage inductance, coupled coefficient changed by distance, electromagnetic interference, and low efficiency of converter. The experiment verifies that the charger supplied AC 24V can bring charging control to success in the case of coupling distance changed from 2 mm to 100 mm, and the results show that the device and its control method has good promotion value.
