摘　　要：目的:提高肝胆管囊腺瘤的诊治水平。方法:分析1990年1月～2009年10月外科手术治疗并经病理证实的肝脏罕见的肝胆囊腺瘤6例,结合文献对该类肿瘤的临床特点和诊断治疗进行讨论。结果:5例女性患者表现上腹不适、纳差;1例伴梗阻性黄疸。均手术治疗。结论:行肿瘤手术切除是目前肝胆管囊腺瘤最佳治疗方案。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary cystadenoma.Method A retrospective analysis was made on 6 cases suffering from hepatobiliary cystadenoma who underwent surgery from January 1990 to October 2009.Results Five patients were women and 1 man（diagnasis confirmed by pathology）.Most of the patients had epigastricupset,diarrhea.One accompanied with obstructive jaundice.Conclusion Surgical resection is best method for hepatobiliary cystadenoma.
