摘　　要：目的评价夹脊针联合脉冲超声波和经皮神经电刺激(TENS)治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效和安全性。方法 70例患者按随机数字表分为2组,每组35例。观察组接受夹脊针联合脉冲超声波和TNES治疗,对照组口服卡马西平、双氯酸芬酸钠和复合维生素B。治疗前后采用简化McGill疼痛积分评估疼痛情况。结果治疗21 d后,观察组痊愈率为51%,有效率为91%,对照组为26%和69%,2组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);2组的简化McGill指数较治疗前均明显下降(P均<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。2组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论夹脊针联合脉冲超声波和TENS治疗PHN是有效安全的方法 。Objective It is to evaluate clinical therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture Jiaji combined with pulsed ultrasound and TENS for treatment of postherpetic neuualgia（PHN）.Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups and 35 cases in each group： the observation group was treated with acupuncture Jiaji combined with pulsed ultrasound and TENS,and the control group was accepted carbamazepine,diclofanac sodium,and vitamin B compound.The pain was assessed with Short Form Mc Gill Pain Questionaire（SF-MPQ） before and after treatment of 3 weeks.Results After treatment of 21days,the cured rate of 51% and the total effective rate of 91% in the observation group were significantly higher than 26% and 69% in the control group respectively（P all〈 0.05）;the scores of SF-MPQ decreased significantly in both groups（P all〈 0.01）,and more significantly decreased in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.No adverse effect was found in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture Jiaji combined with pulsed ultrasound and TENS is effective on PHN,and it is a safe remedy for treatment of PHN.
