摘  要:以氰尿酰氯和(1R,2R)-1,2-二苯基乙二醇为原料,采用威廉姆森醚化法,合成了几种新颖的含氮手性配体。该类反应具有后处理简单、条件温和、产率高等优点。产物用1HNMR、13CNMR、MS进行了结构表征。A series of novel nitrogen-containing chiral ligands were prepared from(1R,2R)-hydrobenzion and cyanuric chloride according to the Williamson method.The ligands were expected to be coordinated with metal for the binding pocket,which were beneficial for improving the high enantioselectivity of asymmetric dihydroxylation of trans-alkene.The method possesses such advantages as simple operation,mild reaction conditions,and high product yield.The title compounds were characterized by MS,1HNMR,and 13CNMR.
