摘  要:采用水溶液聚合法制备了琼脂改性的沸石/聚丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰胺高吸水性复合材料。考察了琼脂、交联剂、引发剂、中和度、沸石及两单体质量比等因素对复合材料吸液倍率的影响。结果表明,天然高分子琼脂的适量加入提高了材料的吸液倍率。当反应温度为85℃,沸石含量为30%,琼脂含量为1.25%,交联剂含量为0.04%,中和度为57%,引发剂含量为0.9%,丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺单体质量比为2∶1时,制备的复合材料的吸自来水倍率及吸0.9%NaCl溶液倍率分别达到500g/g与75g/g。The poly(sodium acrylate-acrylamide)/agar-modified zeolite super absorbent composite material was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization.The influence factors to the absorbancy,which included agar,crosslinker,initiator,degree of neutralization,zeolite and mass ratio of two monomers,were investigated.The results show that the participant of agar improves the absorbancy of the composite.When the reaction temperature is 85 ℃ ,the content of zeolite is 30 %,the dosage of agar is 1.25 %,the dosage of crosslinker is 0.04 %,the neutralization degree is 57 %,the dosage of initiator is 0.9 %,and the mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide is 2∶1,the absorbancy of the composite to tap water and 0.9 % NaCl solution is 500 g/g and 75 g/g respectively.
