摘　　要：龙归硝盐矿盐井历经了一期、二期盐井开采,三期盐井开采目前也正在进行中。本文对矿山过去的开采情况进行了回顾,总结经验教训,并在此基础上提出顶板稳固性较差的盐矿开采方案设计中应遵循的原则,以期减小顶板稳定性差对矿盐开采的影响,达到提高回采率、充分合理利用资源的目的。Longgui saltpeter mine has experienced the 1st and 2nd phases of exploitation and now the 3rd phase exploitation is going on. This paper mainly reviews the past exploitations, summarizes the experience and lessons, and puts forward the principles which should be followed in the design of exploitation of salt mine with poor roof stability in order to reduce the influence of the poor stability on the mine exploitation, increase the recovery rate and make full use of the mine resources
