摘 要:亚历山大藻产毒特性一直是赤潮藻毒素研究中的热点,本文在N、P比例失调情况下研究微小亚历山大藻生长产毒规律,在20个不同N、比例下,对微小亚历山大藻(Alexandrium minutum)连续培养三代,比较其生长情况。采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱检测方法,对四种麻痹性贝毒(GTX14,GTX23,C12,STX)产毒情况进行分析;同时,通过对产毒前后培养基中N、P浓度的测定,比较了不用产毒情况下对N、P吸收利用量的差异。结果表明,N、P失调情况下,微小亚历山大藻仍然可以正常生长产毒;对N、P营养盐中任意一种线性增加其浓度,藻的细胞产毒能力呈现的是曲线的变化;在一种营养盐过剩的情况下,量少的营养盐才是产毒的制约因素,对制约营养盐的吸收量,与产毒能力的增加量,存在一定的正相关关系;而对于N、P比例长期失调的情况下,其细胞产毒能力所受的影响会随着藻世代的增加而累积或减弱。The toxin production characteristic of Alexandrium minutum is a hot research in red tide algae field.The influence of various unbalance nitrate and phosphate ratios on toxin content of Alexandrium minutum was investigated under Lab.The cultivation and comparison of the growth results of Alexandrium minutum are analyzed through three generations under 20 designed nitrate and phosphate rates.The toxin production is measured by HPLC AOAC International Method.The comparison was done by the nutriment,and the concentrations of the nitrate and phosphate are also measured both before and after each cultivated generation to determine their absorption.The results shown that the Alexandrium minutum can live and produce toxin under unbalance N∶P ratio for certain range.Toxin production was fluctuant regularly under the linear increase of nitrate or phosphate concentration.The scarce nutriment turns the crucial factor to the toxin production of Alexandrium minutum cultivated at unbalanced nitrate and phosphate ratios.The effect on the toxin productivity attenuates along with the alga metagenesis.
