摘　　要：竞争已从企业竞争转为供应链之间的跨组织竞争模式。运用系统论、控制论和信息论分析跨组织的物流成本综合控制。文中认为跨组织的物流成本综合控制要建设成本控制网络体系;要拓展物流成本控制观念、时间和空间;统一使用跨组织的物流环节的物流成本信息。The competition to supply chain from enterprise competition between inter-organizational competitive modes.The use of systems theory,cybernetics and information theory analysis of cross-organizational logistics cost integrated control.That logistics cost across organization to build an integrated control network system of cost control;to expand concept of logistics cost control,time and space;uniform use of cross-organizational aspects of the logistics costs of logistics information.
