摘　　要：高校思想政治教育伴随着时代的变革,自身的话语系统不断得到转换和发展。科学发展观对高校思想政治教育新话语系统的建立提出了更高的要求。高校思想政治教育新话语系统的生成,需要重构思想政治教育组织架构,契合受教育者的实践,注重吸纳非本体的话语资源。The changing times have witnessed the continuous development of the discourse system of ideological and political education in Chinese institutions of higher learning.The Scientific Outlook on Development has set higher standards on the establishment of a new discourse system,which requires the reconstruction of ideological and political education organization,the integration of the practice of educatees and the absorption of auxiliary discourse resources.
