摘　　要：利用数据库技术,建立从院(系)、学校,到省(市、区)、教育部的四级数据库系统,有助于准确把握教学运行好状态,有利于教育宏观决策,有利于提高教学质量。该数据库系统可以实现数据采集、统计、分析和发布的功能,能够满足教学管理的需要。建立基于数据库技术的教学状态管理体系是为深化高等教育改革的有效途径。The establishment of four levels of database systems involving school（department）,university,province（municipality,autonomous region） and the Ministry of Education helps to record the teaching state so as to improve the quality of teaching and provide advice for macropolicy of education.The database system for data collection,statistics,analysis and dissemination capabilities can meet the needs of teaching management.The establishment of teaching state management system based on database technology is an effective approach to deepen the reform of higher education.
